Shaw OpCO Corporation is spearheading a medical camp in Kenya crafting a unique opportunity to serve the medically and economically underrepresented in various counties.
Shaw OpCO Corporation's 360-comprehensive approach and cooperative relationship is intended to provide ongoing continuity of care addressing social determinants of health and closely attending to improved clinical and quality outcomes. Particular emphasis on improving the outcomes of each individual patient seen including health literacy, and functional capacity as well as improving self-sustainability to enhance the family unit and thus their local environment.
A principal focus of Shaw OpCo Corporation will be on the health and Wellness of mothers and children through health education and empowerment. Donations will assist with the provision of resources to enhance current capabilities and complement with additional skill sets training. Donations will also help our unique Goats4Widows Program (see page for details) and of course our scholarship program providing books and uniforms for school children.

Continuing medical education will be provided in partnership with DeckerMed, with an exclusive and unique offering available to all clinical attendants.
All clinicians are welcome with particular attention to Physicians, PA, NPs, and nurses in the specialties of Pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, family practice, psychiatry and dental medicine in addition to optometry, Podiatry and social work. Medical students' and residents' attendance is encouraged - we will work with the training institutions to provide needed documentation for credit. Non-medical volunteers may also attend depending on team structure.
And of course, we could never forget the beautiful country of Kenya and cultural of its people and all that is available to be seen and experienced. Tours are planned to include Masai Mara Safari, Nairobi Safari and many more cultural experiences.
